Jayco Ballarat have an exciting opportunity for an accountant to join our team to assist with the day-to-day accounting needs.
This is a terrific opportunity for a motivated, driven individual looking to establish and progress their accounting career whilst also working alongside the Dealer Principal to gain a complete understanding of the business operations.
The successful applicant will be responsible for:
Accounts payable, accounts receivable and general administrative duties.
Payroll Van sales processing and costing.
Bank statement reconciliations.
Cashflow analysis and forecasting.
Perform Balance Sheet and General Ledger reconciliations.
Review and monitor expenses.
Tax compliance including GST, FBT, payroll tax and superannuation.
Inventory control.
Warranty support.
Work Cover Claims.
Skills and experience
To be successful, you will possess the following skills and experience:
A bachelor's degree in accounting.
Excellent organisation and time management skills.
Processing accuracy and attention to detail.
Disciplined work ethic.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Competent in the use of computer applications.
Ability to work autonomously.
The drive and ambition to progress your career.
