Our client is an innovative global AgTech company dedicated to providing humane avian deterrent and wildlife management solutions. Their flagship product is an AI-powered system designed to recognise various bird species, communicate in their specific languages, and effectively relocate them from protected areas.
They are on the brink of significant growth, targeting new customer acquisitions primarily in agriculture, while also exploring opportunities in aquaculture and commercial markets.
About The Opportunity
As a Business Account Manager, you will play a vital role in all sales strategy and customer management processes.
Your responsibilities will include:
Manage day-to-day prospecting and engaging with customers Follow a structured sales system to maximise customer conversions Prepare and monitor Customer Sales Measurable Action Plans Develop valued and trusted relationships with both existing and potential customers Presenting weekly/monthly reports to the CEO/Sales Manager Manage the Victorian and Southern NSW regions Visit and meet with customers in specified territories About You
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
Previous experience in a dynamic and fast-paced sales and key account management role Strong knowledge of the agricultural sector, particularly in Victoria and Southern NSW Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and outcomes, preferably in agtech solutions Excellent negotiation, influencing, and communication skills A current Driver's License You will also have:
A proactive approach to developing and maintaining customer relationships A willingness to travel within the specified regions What's in it for You?
