We have an exciting opportunity for a Business Account Manager to help us grow our business. Leading the strategy and delivery within one of our biggest customers. What will be your key deliverables? Full ownership and accountability of our Sweet Biscuits portfolio, branded and own-label within Sainsbury's.Full P&L management including forecasting and delivery of monthly sales & profit targets.Build winning relationships with all Buyers and handle combative conversations, turning them back to collaborative.Build a short and long-term strategy to win in Sainsburys, being the voice of the customer internally to ensure execution of winning growth and share plans for pladis.Implement the plan using negotiation skills, creativity, and energy.Set high standards for internal reporting and performance reviews.Conduct store visits, reporting on pladis, competitor, and adjacent categories to build winning plans.Bring your experience. Proven experience in a customer-facing role and handling tough conversations.Driven individual with creativity to challenge the status quo internally and externally.Flexibility to work effectively autonomously and within a team towards a common goal.Problem-solving and solution-oriented under pressure.Creative flair to turn challenges into opportunities.Branded experience (as opposed to Retailer Brand).Strong prioritization and workload management.What will the interview process be? 1st stage interview – 45 minutes competency-based interview based on our company values and your experiences.2nd stage interview – 60 minutes – a technical interview to understand your skill set/case study or presentation interview.pladis also uses both Psychometric and Aptitude tests to support our processes, so you may be asked to complete these as part of your process.
