In 2006, Yenda Prods - Irrigation Pty Ltd (Riverina Water Engineering, or RWE) was created as a joint venture between the Co-op and Gerard (Jak) Ormesher. Riverina Water Engineering is a leading provider of innovative irrigation systems, dedicated to maximising agricultural productivity while conserving water resources. We pride ourselves on delivering sustainable solutions that meet the evolving needs of our clients.
We are currently looking for an outgoing and organised Customer Service Officer to join our team (working across either or both of our two retail branches in Griffith and Leeton).
Responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to:
Providing high level customer service and advice. Providing support to the field and customer service team and ensuring the sales process is as smooth as possible. Providing administrative support, including assisting with the management of stock transactions, stock receipts, quoting and stock take. Maintaining branch appearance and ensuring the Branch is presented to a high standard. To be considered for this position, you will need to demonstrate:
Some previous customer service experience. The ability to work in a team environment. A strong work ethic. A good level of physical fitness (some lifting is required in this position). High standards of personal presentation and professionalism. A current Drivers Licence. National Licence to Perform High Risk Work - LF (or willing to obtain). This is a full time position working 8 hours a day, 5 days a week (including Saturdays). An immediate start is available; however, we are flexible on a start date for the right candidate.
