Job ResponsibilitiesDetermining, implementing, monitoring, reviewing and evaluating human resource management strategies, policies and plans to meet business needsAdvising and assisting other Managers in applying sound recruitment and selection practices, and appropriate induction, training and development programsDeveloping and implementing performance management systems to plan, appraise and improve individual and team performanceRepresenting the organisation in negotiations with unions and employees to determine remuneration and other conditions of employmentDeveloping and implementing occupational health and safety programs and equal employment opportunity programs, and ensuring compliance with related statutory requirementsOverseeing the application of redundancy and other employee retrenchment policiesMonitoring employment costs and productivity levelsMay train and advise other Managers in personnel and workplace relations mattersDesired Experience & QualificationAt least 2 years post qualification experienceA Degree in Human Resources Management or related Qualification.Below age of 44.Exceptional command of the English Language#J-18808-Ljbffr
