Duties Working alongside highly experienced Partners, covering the full spectrum of worker's compensation matters, such as brain damage, stress claims, exposure to hazardous substances, and any minor/major strain, orthopedic or psychological injuries. About You Mid-Senior lawyer (2 – 6 PQE) with a relevant Law Degree or Juris Doctor, coupled with strong academics. Proven experience in defendant experience and background in Workers' Compensation. Up to date knowledge of relevant regulations and legislation. Be a team player & have excellent communication skills. Ability to build and develop meaningful/long-term relationships with clients.
