This position is responsible for : Managing employee and contractor site mobilisationAssisting with new starter induction and mobilisationManaging shut down labour, flights and accommodationAttending quarterly site shutdowns with flexible hoursManaging the Training Matrix and ensuring it is up to date and compliantWeekly timesheets and payrollTo be the successful applicant for this role : The applicant will need to be local to Port Hedland or willing to relocatePrevious administration experience; ideally in the mining or electrical industry;Highly organised with the ability to multi-task and prioritise effectively;High level customer service and strong attention to detail;The ability to think outside the square;Intermediate to advanced MS Office skills;Solutions focused with the ability to use initiative;Hold a current drivers licenceWith the following being advantageous : Knowledge and experience with Xero, Aroflo, Enable, Rapid & Success Factors;Mobilisation experience using the above systems;#J-18808-Ljbffr
