Wave International is seeking a talented Project Manager to join our innovative team and lead the way in managing our diverse portfolio of projects. As a Project Manager at Wave, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our projects, ensuring seamless coordination, and delivering exceptional results for our clients.
Responsibilities : Collaborating with the project and design teams, you will apply your significant experience in engineering to solving the problems of our clients from feasibility to commissioning.Lead successful project engineering teams to deliver multi-disciplinary projects on time and to budget.Use your ability to initiate and build relationships with both your peers and clients to foster growth and client / staff satisfaction.Creative problem-solving to continually find ways to overcome challenges and obstacles.Well-rounded balance in both technical ability and consulting / managerial skills.Self-manage and forecast workload including the ability to manage multiple project scopes simultaneously.Develop technical documentation.Requirements : Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or a related field.Proven experience in portfolio management within the engineering industry.Demonstrated Project / Study management ability ideally across wet plants.Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities with a keen eye for detail.Exceptional leadership and communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.Join us at Wave International and be part of a team that thrives on innovation, collaboration, and delivering exceptional results.
