The territory you cover includes Gold Coast and Southwest Brisbane with an occasional Toowoomba trip.Conduct in-store training for Vitamin Staff / Retail Managers with a focus on New Products and Cycle hero products – 2-5 staff per trainingPharmacy calls as required as per call cycleConduct in-store demonstration events with consumers to link sell companion productsConduct event training for key accounts and state-based groups – in own state and sometimes in another state – 30 staff minimum per eventHelp facilitate sell in of NPD – sometimes required interstateCreate consumer awareness and loyalty for the Bioglan and Medlab Brands by managing the Loyalty ProgramAssisting with updating the Q & A Resource via Phone & onlineAttendance required to relevant conferences or sales meetings as requiredConduct Rep Training at Conferences and Cycle MeetingsActively participate in regular management meetings as requiredPro-actively recommend process and system innovationGain competitive understanding and recommend new initiatives as appropriateLiaise with internal sales and provide ongoing feedback relating to all relevant customer informationDevelop and maintain rapport with all levels of pharmacy personnelContribute to the culture of customer service and organizational efficiency and effectiveness by acting ethically, honestly and fairly at all timesAttend to customers and others with high quality serviceAll communication with customers is undertaken in a timely and professional mannerWork effectively with staff and colleaguesEnsure compliance with all company policies and proceduresProvide reporting on what is being done (products trained on and people seen) in every call on a weekly basisAbout youQualifications in Naturopathy or Herbalist essentialPrevious facilitation experience to both small and large groups (30+) is essentialPharmacy or department store sales / counter experience is preferredVitamins and Health food retail background preferred, but not essentialStrong rapport building and interpersonal relationship skillsAbility to work autonomously and confidentlyHighly motivatedWhat will make us clickA sense of purposeShared valuesAn internal drive to make things happenStriving to make a positive difference every day
