With a strong focus on cutting-edge music, vibrant events, and exceptional entertainment, we are looking for an experienced Bookings Manager to take our events and talent programming to the next level.
The Role :
As the Bookings Manager, you will be the driving force behind our venue's entertainment lineup. You will source, book, and manage promoters, DJs, and other talent to create high-quality, on-brand experiences that keep our venue packed week after week. The role requires someone with strong industry connections, exceptional organizational skills, and a passion for music and nightlife culture.
This is not a role for someone to book a few DJs each week and release a gig flyer; this is a role for a dedicated industry professional who needs to be the driving force behind a venue's success.
About You :
Proven experience in talent bookings, artist management, or a similar role within the nightlife or hospitality industry. Strong network of promoters, artists, and entertainment professionals, particularly within the Sydney and Australian music scenes. Passion for music, events, and nightlife with a solid understanding of current music trends and niche genres. Exceptional organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to thrive under pressure, adapt quickly to changes, and deliver outstanding events. Proficiency with event management tools, budgets, and scheduling software is a plus. Availability to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required. What We Offer :
