On the University of Queensland Electrical Maintenance Contract, UGL is the lead contractor for Preventative and Corrective maintenance across all UQ sites throughout QLD. This role will be based at UQ's main campus in St Lucia, where you will be working alongside a tight-knit team.
The Role
Take this newly created role and run with it! Reporting to the Project Controller, you will provide administration and coordination support with a strong focus on documentation management. Duties will include:
Managing electronic filing systems on Sharepoint Raising Material requisitions, purchase orders, work orders Onboarding of suppliers and subcontractors Facilitating weekly Timesheet processes Assisting with generating monthly reporting Assisting the team with compliance and best practice About You
2+ years' administrative experience You are proficient with the MS Office suite of apps. SAP experience is a plus. You are a self-starter with a solutions-focused, can-do attitude. You proactively seek to continuously improve deliverables and work efficiencies. You are a team player who likes to have a laugh! What We Offer
