We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Finance Manager to lead our financial processes and compliance in Australia and New Zealand. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a fast-paced, high-performing team in a role that is integral to our continued success.
The Role Oversee month-end and year-end financial close processes across all functions. Ensure all TA accounts align with internal policies and external reporting requirements. Manage compliance reporting for Australia and New Zealand, including FBT, GST, and Income Tax. Lead the external audit process and ensure accurate, timely delivery of reporting requirements, including the Board Pack and Management Pack. Act as the primary contact for financial matters, identifying opportunities for improvement and driving meaningful change in collaboration with stakeholders. Review balance sheets and financial reports to ensure accuracy and reliability before distribution to the business. What We Are Looking For Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (essential). Professional certifications such as CPA, CA, or CFA (highly desirable). Experience Proven experience in a senior finance manager role, with at least 5+ years of relevant experience in financial management or accounting. Experience with financial systems such as SAP. Technical Skills Strong knowledge of financial regulations IFRS, compliance, and risk management. Ability to interpret and analyse financial data. Leadership and Management Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to collaborate across departments. Communication Skills Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present financial information clearly to non-financial stakeholders.
