The successful candidate will play a key role in day-to-day operations, maintain a high standard of patient care, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. This is a full-time position commencing in January 2025. Previous practice management experience preferred and previous medical administration experience required. Remuneration commensurate with experience.
Responsibilities and requirements include: Oversee daily operations Ensure the practice complies with relevant regulations Oversee billing, including Medicare, DVA, NDIS claims and timely collection of fees Accounts payable Ability to multitask and juggle competing priorities Manage and optimise practice software system to ensure records are up to date and comply with regulations Format and distribute medical reports and correspondence Strong organisational and communication skills Your application will include the following questions: Which of the following statements best describes your right to work in Australia?
