Who are we looking for?
We are seeking a Transport Services Coordinator to join Campus Services, Administrative Division.
As a Transport Services Coordinator at QUT, you'll play a key role in delivering high-quality, client-focused transport services. From managing QUT's fleet and intercampus shuttle to overseeing active travel facilities and parking systems, you'll ensure seamless transport operations for staff, students, and the broader university community. This role values innovation, sustainability, and service excellence. Responsibilities include financial administration and compliance, as well as fostering education and awareness about transport services.

What you need to succeed
Education, training and/or relevant experience equivalent to the completion of a degree in a finance related discipline combined with relevant work experience. Proven ability to analyse, interpret and report on quantitative and qualitative data, providing reliable, actionable insights. Demonstrated ability to apply reasoning, judgement and analytical skills in resolving routine issues in a complex environment. Demonstrated written communication skills with the ability to draft and edit a diverse range of high-quality materials. Demonstrated critical thinking skills and ability to contribute effectively to policy and procedural review, and continuous improvement.
