The Role : Our Brisbane depot has an opportunity for a Transport Administrator to join their team.
In this role, you will provide essential administrative support for day-to-day activities, focusing heavily on data entry, manifesting, general admin tasks, and debriefing. This is a Monday to Friday position.
Your main responsibilities will include : Manifesting consignments Loading planning and supporting operations The facilitation and management of customer orders and jobs received Liaising with operational staff to ensure all customer requirements are met Managing freight bookings and time slot requests Debriefing driver paperwork Assisting with depot pallet control Ad hoc administrative duties as directed by the Administration and Depot Manager Ensuring that all transport documents are correctly completed, filed and utilised in compliance with any and all regulatory standards for the transportation industry. About you : To succeed in this role, we anticipate you will be able to demonstrate :
Prior administration experience Ability to prioritise high volume of work and work in a fast-paced environment Excellent time management, planning, and organisational skills A positive attitude with the willingness to learn Team player with excellent customer service skills A genuine care factor for the needs of the internal and external customer Previous experience in the transport and logistics industry is essential.
