ABOUT THE HOST EMPLOYER:
Our Host Employer is a family owned business with over 50 years experience in the automotive industry. They are a multi-brand dealership specialising in Kia, Toyota, Sanyong and Renault. Our Host has a range of large dealerships across the Central Coast, each with its own service and repair centre. Our host is seeking a highly motivated individual to join their fast-paced, customer-focused, and professional work environment.
KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Greet customers professionally and assist with enquiries, ensuring a welcoming experience Manage calls to schedule appointments and confirm bookings Contact customers to advise of any issues and provide updates Address customer concerns promptly over the phone or in person Book cars upon arrival, ensuring accurate documentation and smooth workflow Liaise with tradespeople to communicate customer requirements and service needs Perform data entry tasks to maintain accurate records and update systems DESIRED QUALITIES:
Friendly, approachable, and confident in engaging with customers Strong communication skills, both in person and over the phone Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team Mature and professional attitude with a strong work ethic Capable of managing tasks under pressure in a fast-paced environment Excellent organisational and time-management skills Current driver's licence (essential) Working Monday to Friday, 7:30 am to 4:36 pm with the potential for overtime. As part of this Traineeship, you will be PAID to study a Certificate III in Automotive Administration through ON THE JOB Training over a period of 24 months with MTA (My Trade Start).
