Position Overview: 4 Seasons Traffic Management is seeking experienced Traffic Controllers to support business growth.
The ideal candidates will have experience in various traffic management setups, excellent organisational skills, and a strong commitment to safety.
Key Responsibilities: Plan, implement, and oversee traffic management strategies for various projects.
Coordinate with project managers, local authorities, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless traffic flow and public safety.
Install and maintain traffic control devices, including signs, barriers, and traffic cones.
Conduct risk assessments and implement safety measures according to industry standards.
Monitor traffic conditions and make real-time adjustments to traffic control plans as necessary.
Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and safety guidelines.
Requirements and Qualifications: A still valid Workzone Traffic Management Ticket.
Comply with the new Austroads requirements e.g.
TC1 / TMI1 comb, with at least 6 months experience and/or the TC2 / TMI 2 comb.
Experience in traffic management setups on DIT roads and council streets.
Strong understanding of traffic control regulations and best practices.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Ability to work effectively under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
WHS White Card.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.
Current First Aider and CPR certification.
Must be able to supply a Police Clearance Certificate.
