An exciting opportunity has arisen for a talented Finance Director to join the team. Reporting to the Managing Director, this role will take a hands-on approach driving financial transformation to support the company's scaling ambitions. Duties include:
Oversee finance functions, including statutory reporting, management accounting, tax compliance, and board reporting. Manage P&L statements, balance sheets, and cash flow projections, ensuring accuracy and alignment with business goals. Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes to provide actionable insights. Provide financial analysis and insights to the executive team for strategic decision making. Manage a small finance team. Ensure compliance with Australian Accounting Standards (AASB), IFRS, and other regulatory requirements. Stay up to date with industry financial trends. You will be CA / CPA qualified, have spent 5 years as a senior financial manager preferably within hospitality with excellent knowledge of financial analysis. You have exceptional leadership and management skills, are comfortable presenting financial data to senior leaders, and can inspire and lead a financial team.
