Your new role
Develop, configure, and maintain ServiceNow ITSM applications. Manage and enhance the CMDB and related asset management modules. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions. Ensure the stability and performance of the ServiceNow platform. Provide technical support and troubleshooting for ServiceNow issues. Create and maintain documentation for processes and configurations. What you'll need to succeed
Candidates should have full working rights in Australia (mandate). The candidate should be currently in Adelaide, Australia (mandate). Proven experience as a ServiceNow ITSM Developer and Administrator (mandate). Strong knowledge of the ITSM suite, including CMDB and asset management. Experience with ServiceNow scripting, workflows, and integrations. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
