About the Role :
We are on the lookout for a passionate Shop Manager to lead our Anglicare Op Shop in Cronulla.
In this dynamic role, you will :
Lead with Heart : Inspire and manage a team of dedicated volunteers, fostering a supportive and enthusiastic atmosphere.
Drive Success : Develop and implement strategies to maximize sales and support Anglicare's vision and values.
Build Community : Forge strong relationships with local community members, churches, and key stakeholders to enhance our shop's presence and impact.
Champion Sustainability : Promote the joy of recycling, reusing, and reloving beautiful preloved items.
Your Impact :
As a Shop Manager, you will :
Provide exceptional leadership, training, and development to your team.
Ensure high standards of service and product quality.
Create a safe and welcoming environment for staff, volunteers, and customers.
Achieve and exceed challenging KPIs.
About You :
We are seeking a compassionate professional with :
Proven experience in retail management.
Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
A proactive approach to developing new community connections.
Experience in event organization and vendor liaison.
The ability to handle challenging situations with grace.
A current driver's license and intermediate Microsoft Office skills.
