Create impact as a Professional Indemnity Claims Consultant
YOUR ROLE Join our Intermediated Insurance division as a Professional Indemnity Claims consultant and help manage and resolve complex claims. In this dynamic position, you'll provide expert advice to assist in the resolution of a variety of claims, including skilfully negotiating settlements, managing and attending Mediations, setting claims management strategies and providing complex indemnity advice. With a strong commitment to delivering outstanding service, you'll play a key part in meeting customer and financial objectives by efficiently guiding claims through to resolution within defined timeframes across a varied portfolio. ABOUT YOU Proven experience in the field of professional indemnity or financial lines claims Strong negotiation skills in both litigated and non-litigated matters. Ability to build relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, including Lawyers around Australia. Experience working in a legal, insurance or regulatory environment predominantly focused on professional indemnity or financial lines claims and products. Ability to handle a diverse portfolio of claims, while providing high level customer service. High attention to detail. Well developed verbal and written communication skills.
