About the role This role will focus on supporting the team through tendering delivery schedules and owning the bid formation process. This role ensures that bids are developed to a high consistency in their presentation, content, and branding. Key responsibilities will include:
Manage Bid Schedule to ensure Team meets the bid formation deadlines. Create content, image sourcing, & elevator pitches where required. Review industry bids to ensure BMD continues performing above industry standard. Liaise with Stakeholders to remain informed to ensure brand alignment is met. About you To be considered for this role, it is essential that you have current experience in bids/tendering, with a proven track record in bid formation and delivery management. Other key requirements include:
Creative & strategic thinking abilities with a keen eye for detail. Bid & tender process management & reporting. Understanding of sales pipelines & sales tools. Knowledge of civil infrastructure.
