Senior Contract Administrator | Property Developer

We are currently seeking an experienced and knowledgeable Senior Contracts Administrator to join their highly successful and dynamic team.
This role offers the opportunity to collaborate closely with senior management and onsite personnel, contributing to the successful delivery of current and future developments.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain the procurement register to meet project deadlines.
Collaborate with Project and Site Managers for timely procurement.
Manage contractor engagement and contractual obligations.
Process monthly subcontractor claims accurately.
Manage variations in both head and subcontractor agreements.
Achieve project success in stakeholder relations, time, cost, quality, safety, and process compliance.
Provide practical solutions to on-site challenges.
Cultivate strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Ideal Candidate:
Qualifications in contract administration, quantity surveying, construction management, or engineering.
Minimum 5+ years of senior / contract administration experience.
Preferably experienced with Design and Construct contracts.
Strong communication skills for building excellent relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Proactive mindset, strong work ethic, and ownership abilities.
