Business Development Manager | REMOTE | HIGH SALARY PACKAGE
100,000 – $125,000 per year + Car + Super + Comm
Tektalent has partnered with our client who is a global technology company, they are young, thriving & culturally strong. This is a permanent opportunity for a Business Development Manager to target prospects in the assigned territory. This includes prospecting & lead generation through all available means like e.g. Hunting, for the assigned territory and / or target Vertical Industry segment with the aim to generate a healthy pipeline.

Role responsibilities
New business development – prospecting, qualifying of new potential end users in the Qld territory Hunting - Lead generation through cold outreach, email, client visits Proposing the right solution to end-user prospects with the aim to generate opportunities Assisting our businesses partners in moving the identified end-user opportunities through the sales cycle with the aim to win the opportunity End-user management – manage and support new and existing end-users, develop relationships and identify new business opportunities Actively looks for new opportunities, initiatives and activities to help accelerate the growth of the business in the assigned territory Sales, product and technical presentations / briefings to end-users Attending trade shows & events Your key attributes & experience needed
3 + years experience in a BDM / Sales role focused on B2B and growing territory Strong experience in hunting new business / new business development Experience in selling technology / IT solutions (Hardware, software, Saas, IT services) Commercially minded & commercially driven Ability to hunt new business & generate pipeline Ability to follow the full sales cycle and close deals Hungry to be successful & driven by a highly lucrative commission scheme Work remotely and get treated like an adult, manage your day and calendar, outcome based Complete ownership of the Qld territory, no restrictions on product vertical or customer size Work for a global multi-million-dollar business experiencing growth & responsible for delivering world-class projects within the electronic security space Sell a large product suite focused on technology security & access solutions for clients of all shapes and sizes Huge growth plans heading into 2025 The solution is a software (Saas) solution integrated with Tech Hardware No restrictions on travel - everything fully expensed Year on year growth business with headcount growth of 15% per year 4 year average tenure with over 700 people in the business Lucrative commission structure, high base salary + Car allowance Work for a technology powerhouse that has over 40,000 daily users of their solution Work for a market leader, solve real-world problems with the most innovative security / access control solutions for top-tier brands & clients Not an environment purely driven by numbers, but also focused on culturally strong comradery Highly passionate & capable leadership team that are genuinely invested in your success and career development Work for a well known logo that delivers a quality solution that customers find hard to refuse Create a career & legacy within a huge technology innovator Very strong training & development provided Very limited competition to compete with High caliber recruitment process, exceptional operators are within the business and the standard is kept at this level when scaling the team Sell both hardware & software as part of the solution stack Solutions based / consultative selling role Please note that this role is remote, however you still must be based in Brisbane / Gold Coast, Qld.
