As a Team Leader in our Processing factory, you will be key to ensuring our operations run smoothly and efficiently. You will lead the team in filleting and smokehouse operations, communicating goals and expectations and focusing on always maintaining a safe working environment.
Huonville Processing: Located at our Processing Facility in Huonville, you will be a 25-minute drive south of Hobart. You will work Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week.
What does your week look like? Leadership: Our People are key at Tassal. The main portion of your role will be leading your team to complete their roles on time, answering questions, creating a great environment in your team and focusing on training and developing your team. Our Product: You will monitor our product to ensure it meets the company and regulatory standards. You'll take pride in putting out the best quality salmon. Scheduling: Preparing staff rosters for your team. Creating production schedules, as directed by management. What can you bring? You are an experienced leader focused on people and building a positive team culture. You also are experienced in managing KPIs for cost, yield and output. You are proficient in Microsoft Office.
