TalentWeb is keen to speak with experienced structural engineering managers and team leaders who are looking to step into a State Director position, based out of Brisbane. This is a newly created position with a civil, structural and temporary works engineering consultancy with established offices across the East and South Coast who are now ready to move into the Queensland market, with existing clients and projects already in hand.
In this role you'll be responsible for:
Working closely with clients, consultants, and contractors through the project life cycle;
Proactively leading project design outcomes, resourcing, delivering work on time and budget;
Management of client relationships and opportunities;
Business development including tendering and winning work through your existing network, as well as leveraging off of the interstate business;
P&L responsibility, strategy and recruitment.
This is a unique opportunity that will suit an experienced Structural Engineer with the following attributes:
RPEQ / CPEng accreditation;
10+ years' experience as a Structural Engineer;
A demonstrable track record of winning projects in the local market, across mid-rise commercial, residential and industrial sectors.
