Proven ability to meet strict headcount targets and hiring timelines while maintaining quality. Outstanding written and verbal communication skills to engage candidates and influence internal stakeholders effectively.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple job requisitions and stakeholders - through reporting, rapport building and communication.
Data-driven approach to hiring utilising insights from reports around time to hire, advertising ROI, sourcing channel effectiveness, pipeline capability, candidate experience and recruitment costs.
A general interest in AI and its transformative impact on business workflows.
What you will receive :
A competitive salary, long term incentives and flexible work arrangements.
The opportunity for professional growth in a fast-paced environment.
Access to global opportunities and diverse projects in an environment that encourages learning and experimentation.
Ready to become part of something bigger?
We've got a bold vision for the future and the drive to achieve it. We're on a mission to change the world with our innovative solutions, and we want you to be part of this exciting journey.

We believe that innovation is given its best shot when diverse people and opinions come together to do hard things. If you don't check every box in this ad but still feel like you can contribute to the Decidr vision, we encourage you to apply.
