Position Overview: As a Talent Acquisition Administrator, you will provide critical administrative support to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of our recruitment processes.
Your focus will be on supporting the Talent Acquisition team with administrative tasks, ensuring compliance with recruitment policies and procedures, and providing high-quality service to both candidates and hiring managers.

Key Responsibilities : Provide high-level administrative support throughout the recruitment process, including probity checks and managing candidate communications.
Ensure compliance within the HRIS system (Workday).
Ensure all recruitment activities comply with legal and organizational standards, including accurate documentation and record-keeping.
Assist with the preparation of employment contracts and onboarding.
Assist with group interview days and recruitment projects.
Liaise with HR and Talent Acquisition teams to ensure a seamless hiring process.
Support the team in implementing recruitment strategies that align with Anglicare's Christian ethos and values.
About You : Strong administration and data processing skills.
Recruitment or HR experience (highly regarded).
Excellent organizational skills with a high attention to detail and dedicated to seeing projects through to completion.
Ability to work professionally and collaborate within a team.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
