Position Summary: We're seeking a Junior Supply Chain Coordinator for our client based in North Sydney to start work immediately in a temporary contract.

In this role, you will assist the supply chain team in managing inventory and ensure timely delivery to meet customer expectations within their portfolio. You'll act as a central point of communication, working closely with internal and external stakeholders.
The position will be Full-Time, Monday to Friday, and pays $35.00-$38.00 an hour + Super. It will start as full-time in their office and move to a hybrid position 2-3 days from home.
Primary Responsibilities: Oversee purchasing activities, monitor orders, and nurture supplier relationships Order management around product dispatch, delivery, and billing Maintain optimal inventory levels to meet demand Plan strategically for procurement needs Ensure compliance and quality standards are upheld Administration and data-entry tasks (Excel, JDE, Salesforce) Essentials: Knowledgeable and proficient understanding of supply chain operations Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Effective and proactive communication with a customer-focused approach Ability to collaborate within cross-functional teams Organised with an ability to prioritise tasks to meet deadlines Quick to learn and adapt to technologies and systems Full-Time and Unrestricted Working Rights If you are interested in hearing more about this position and have the right skills from above, please APPLY NOW and Peter from people2people will be in contact with you ASAP.
