This diverse role provides administration and financial accounting support to the Australia and Asia Logistics and Products teams.
This is a junior role, but will be exposed to a range of different areas of the business with significant room for growth and advancement in any number of areas.

Day-to-day responsibilities include: Overall responsibility for APAC transporter AP invoice reconciliation,Complete data entry and provide administration support,Provide support and complete related accounting and administrative tasks,Daily, weekly & monthly Supplier invoice reconciliations and coding,Purchase Order and Work Order creation,Responsible for data integrity / database integrity,Adhering to company policies and procedures,Support internal / external audit reviews,Assisting with continuous process improvement initiative.The role will also be involved with cost coding to departments and projects, as well as regular communication with the Accounts Payable team.
A few other things we're looking for: Certificate or related qualifications in Accounting or Finance.2+ years' experience as an Accounts Payable Clerk or similar.Microsoft office skills, particularly Outlook, Word, and Excel.Highest standards of accuracy, attention to detail, and precision.Effective organisational skills.Ability to partner with local, international, and cross-functional teams.Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.Knowledge of the International and Domestic Logistics industry will be highly regarded.To express your interest in this role, apply via the link.
