Are you detail-oriented and passionate about ensuring operational excellence? WARRRL (WA Return Recycle Renew Ltd) is looking for a Supervisor – Warehouse Audit Program to lead the implementation and management of our audit activities, ensuring the integrity and accuracy of our warehouse operations within the container deposit scheme (CDS).
In this newly created role, you will be responsible for overseeing the processes conducted at our warehouse facility, ensuring compliance with WARRRL's operational standards whilst auditing the accuracy of material reporting by our Refund Point network.
Reporting to the Scheme Integrity Manager, some key responsibilities will include:
Leading and coordinating warehouse audits to inform the assessment of compliance with Refund Point requirements. Managing the day-to-day operations of the warehouse audit team, ensuring accurate and timely reporting. Identifying and recording discrepancies in material classification and reporting. Developing and maintaining documentation to support warehouse audit activities. Providing training and support to warehouse audit assistants. Collaborating with internal teams and external partners to drive continuous improvement across the warehouse operations. This is a full-time opportunity, based at our warehouse in Osborne Park.
About you
You have a strong background in warehouse operations, auditing, or logistics, with a proven ability to manage teams and processes effectively. You're proactive, hands-on, and analytical whilst being focused on driving accountability and compliance.
Your key attributes include:
Experience: Demonstrated experience in warehouse operations, audits, or logistics, ideally within a regulated environment. Leadership: Strong leadership skills, with experience supervising or managing teams. Problem solving: Ability to identify issues and implement practical solutions. Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills to engage with diverse stakeholders. Attention to detail: A meticulous approach to ensuring accuracy and consistency in operations.
