They are seeking an Operations Manager to join the team.
Responsibilities:
Leading and developing the underwriting and claims team leaders Process/systems management and improvement Ensure workflows are streamlined to improve turnaround times for underwriting and claims tasks Analyse competitor products, industry trends and regulatory development Preparing and presenting reports to insurance partners and leadership Qualifications:
