The position
As a Strategy and Planning Consultant, you will support senior stakeholders in maintaining and enhancing our strategic planning process.
Your role will involve:
Collaborating with senior leaders to develop, plan and implement business activities that align with our strategic goals. Analysing data to provide actionable insights and recommendations to inform decision-making. Coordinating and facilitating workshops and engaging with cross-functional teams to foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement. Preparing relevant documents and materials, including papers and minutes. About you
You have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, and ideally, a background in consulting, business strategy, or corporate advisory.
You should possess strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with excellent interpersonal and communication abilities to engage effectively with executive and senior leadership.
Your highly developed digital literacy is critical to the success of this role. Additionally, the candidate should have knowledge of project management and practical experience in documenting business processes.

The total remuneration package for this position aligns with Job Grade 5 of our Enterprise Agreement starting from $107,842 (exclusive of superannuation). The final offer will be commensurate with the candidate's qualifications, skills and experiences.
