We are currently seeking a confident and detail-oriented Administration Assistant for an exciting full-time opportunity with a Body Corporate firm.
Our client is based in the inner north and provides a supportive and welcoming work environment, along with opportunities to grow and refine your skills.
Tasks and Key Responsibilities:
Be the main point of contact for contractors, body corporate committees, and customers. Obtain and verify contractor quotes. Prepare, issue, and track work orders. Prepare and issue letters to contractors, committees, and owners. Record progress notes on dedicated software. Prepare and monitor contractor information forms for Accounts Department input. Coordinate with stakeholders on invoice payments as directed by Body Corporate Managers and Portfolio Assistants. Assist and advise Body Corporate Managers and customers on project-related matters and activities. The Candidate:
Salary: 55k - $70k + Super, depending on experience level. Professional and friendly interpersonal skills. High level of customer service skills. High attention to detail and good organisational skills. Experience with organising trades and coordinating maintenance is desirable. Confident with answering incoming phone calls.
