The Opportunity: Ready to accelerate your financial career? As our Financial Lead , you'll be deeply involved inour financial strategy in a flat organisation, reporting directly to the CFO. In this pivotal mid-level role , you'll manage financial planning and reporting, collaborating closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams. Your Role: Lead Financial Planning and Analysis : Oversee financial planning and analysis activities, offering strategic insights and recommendations to drive business decisions, growth, and financial stability. Ensure Financial Reporting Accuracy : Manage the preparation of financial reports, ensuring compliance with regulations and standards while providing clear insights into company performance and aligning reports with business objectives. Budget and Forecast Management : Develop and manage annual budgets and forecasts, ensuring they align with strategic goals to support ongoing business performance. Maintain Data Quality and Accuracy : Ensure the effective delivery of all financial accounting information, focusing on the quality, accuracy, and reasonableness of financial data. Support Routine Performance Reporting and Compliance : Contribute to routine business performance reporting and ensure key accounting activities comply with easykind's internal controls, policies, and standardised processes. Essential Skills and Experience: 2-5 years of experience in financial management or leadership within a dynamic, fast-paced environment, ideally in a smaller business or a leading consulting firm. Strong analytical skills with a demonstrated ability to execute strategic financial planning and provide actionable insights that drive business decisions. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence and partner effectively with leadership and cross-functional teams. In-depth knowledge of financial regulations, compliance standards, and internal controls. A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is required, with advanced qualifications such as CPA or CA, or working towards obtaining them.
