Responsibilities Lead a high-performing team in driving exceptional home lending solutions for business customers. Role based in Barangaroo. How will I help? You'll be responsible for overseeing the entire end-to-end home lending process for regulated mortgages within your state and segment, from receiving referrals through to origination and settlement. Leading a high-performing team, you will work collaboratively with key stakeholders to deliver exceptional business mortgage solutions. Your leadership will focus on driving a customer-first approach, building trust with business customers, and ensuring your team consistently meets and exceeds expectations. You will also play a key role in recruitment and employee engagement while continuously driving efficiencies within the business to improve the customer experience.
What do I need? To succeed in this role, you'll need proven leadership experience managing diverse teams and influencing key stakeholders. You should have a strong track record in coaching teams to improve performance and customer relationships. The ability to operate at a national level, along with solid financial analysis and credit risk management expertise, is essential. You will need to bring strategic thinking, a passion for leveraging emerging technologies, and strong business acumen to the role, driving results and managing risk to achieve business and customer goals.
