Enjoy the great outdoors. 4 weeks annual leave each year Annual conference in Hamilton Island QLD Store Manager responsibilities : Customer satisfaction is forefront in your operational decisions Strive to inspire your Store to meet/exceed targets and KPIs Lead big box teams of 30+ with passion; inspire your Team Demonstrate commercial acumen including P&L management Manage high-volume stock to optimise efficiency Exemplify performance management to achieve Team success Develop strong talent pipelines (succession planning) Maintain Store presentation and visual merchandising/promotional standards Must haves : A genuine passion for the outdoors and adventure Demonstrated ability to lead by example, and have FUN Prior leadership role/s in a large format retail environment Team leadership experience of 30+ team members Commercial acumen, including P&L analysis, trends and forecasting Excellent verbal and written communication skills Intuitive and effective management of high stock volumes First Aid certification or undergo training (fully funded) We are more than just a retail destination; we offer an immersive experience.
