The CRDO will work with clubs and the region committee across their designated regions to offer services that assist members in developing systems, implementing programs, and establishing partnerships that support growth.
Position Requirements: Desirable: Previous experience serving in a club development role; Small business management experience; Certificate IV TAFE Minimum: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word / Excel / PowerPoint), Internet, and E-Mail Working With Children Check Willingness to travel Personal attributes: Ability to work independently and with a team Strong communication skills with a commitment to customer service Effective time management and work planning Specific Duties: Implement Gymnastics NSW and Gymnastics Australia club development initiatives. Work with clubs to understand and achieve individual club business goals and priorities. Oversee the development and dissemination of club member benefits. Coordinate the delivery of a suite of club services through third-party providers in areas such as human resources, club templates, and business mentoring. Region Development: Oversee the administration of Regional Event Activities. Collaborate with Region Committees to design, plan, and implement a Region Development Plan. Develop a region budget in collaboration with the Region Committee and acquit approved expenditure. Ensure effective meeting conduct and documentation, and the proper application of Gymnastics NSW policy at region level. Sanction Region Activities as per GNSW policies. Design, plan, and implement programs that increase membership and participation in gymnastics in consultation with the broader team. Promote and support the implementation of Gymnastics NSW and Gymnastics Australia participation programs. General Responsibilities: Provide information and support to members and establish a strong communication rapport with stakeholders, including government departments, non-government organizations, affiliated clubs, coaches, judges, and staff. Serve as the communication conduit between the volunteer committee, region clubs, and departments within Gymnastics NSW. Participate in meetings, training, and activities. Contribute to Gymnastics NSW projects and outcomes within and across departments. Perform any other duties as reasonably requested from time to time. Location: The position will be based in Homebush, New South Wales; however, travel within New South Wales will be required.
