A leading company that supplies workshop equipment, installation, and service to the automotive aftermarket is seeking an experienced Spare Parts Administrator / Interpreter.
We are looking for an energetic and motivated person to join our team, offering stability and growth. You will work alongside warehouse staff, and your primary responsibility will be providing excellent customer service and ensuring customers receive accurate and timely information for their spare part inquiries.
Key Responsibilities include:
Answering incoming calls and email inquiries. Processing jobs, quoting, and invoicing orders. Providing technical and product information to suppliers and customers. Identifying and presenting spare part sales opportunities. Monitoring stock levels and ordering stock from suppliers. Creating delivery and toll dockets. Providing assistance and coverage of warehouse staff when required. Other duties as required. Applicant Requirements:
Moderate technical/mechanical knowledge. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong attention to detail. Forklift and Driver's Licenses.
