We are currently seeking a talented Full Time Sous Chef to join our Education team at Immanuel College – Novar Gardens. Catering will be for 170 residential students, canteens, café and function catering.
Your responsibilities will include:
Deliver menus and provide innovative and flexible menu options for catering outlets Provide hands-on leadership with the day-to-day management of kitchen and FOH team members Achieve and maintain excellence in food service standards and methods used by Exec Chef Ensure that company and safety policies are followed at all times Assist the Chef Manager in Site Management Other duties as directed by the Chef Manager To succeed in this role, you will need:
Experience working under pressure in a similar role Demonstrated ability to lead a team and develop staff to exceed Leader in OH&S and Food Hygiene requirements Great personal grooming, presentation and a confident and pleasant manner Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills Proven experience within kitchen production You will share TWG's vision for providing food which is nutritious and of a high calibre, making each dish fresh on site each and every day.
