Reporting to the Agricultural Manager, this Mon-Fri position will provide administrative support to the Agricultural team with a focus on accounts payable (AP) & financial data entry & reporting activities.
What You Will Do Working as part of a busy, operationally focused team - duties may include (but are not limited to):
Liaising with external growers for enquiries Processing of crop grower payments Coordinating PO requests & receipting of POs Field Officer support Maintaining quality documents within Simplot's QMS (Reliance) Trimble Ag administrative support Maintaining of, and contributing to development of database/systems Coordination and maintenance of training records Organising of grower events Calendar management About You 100% commitment to health & safety in the workplace Demonstrated experience with a busy administrative role (3 years minimum) - Accounts Payable experience within an agricultural environment would be advantageous Customer service mindset with the ability to liaise with a diverse group of stakeholders Possess a high attention to detail with an outstanding organisational skill set Intermediate user of the MS Office suite of products - with advanced MS Excel skills being highly regarded.
