Qualships Pty Ltd is a highly specialised Marine service operator undertaking all forms of marine surveying services including cargo-related vessel surveying, internal audits, hull and machinery repairs, electrical repairs and troubleshooting, technical inspections, and report writing.

Duties:
Carry out inspections to align the ship for various audits/surveys and inspections. Implement and customize safety culture with various clients. Monitor safe loading, discharging, supervising, and carriage of various cargos as per the standards prescribed in the IMSBC code. Carry out ISM/ISPS/MLC audits of the vessels. Support onboard management for various systems for effective port operations. Manage audits and surveys for various inspections along with Class surveyors. Conduct pre-purchase inspections. Provide training onboard at the management level on ships. Conduct incident investigations on ships. Carry out inspections on the ships in compliance with terminal requirements. What we are looking for:
Current Certificate of Competency is required. At least 2 years' experience in a related role. Degree level qualified. Experience in the marine industry. Excellent problem-solving abilities.
