About the role : Our Shift Supervisors supervise and coordinate all the activities that occur on their shift, most importantly the employees on their rostered shift. Through leading others, they provide outstanding employee and guest experiences each shift that meet brand operations, safety and legislative requirements.
Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate activities on shift. Lead team members to provide exceptional guest experiences. Ensure compliance with safety and legislative requirements. Skills & experience: Supervisory experience preferable. Passion for exceeding guest expectations. High level of energy and sense of urgency. Great communication skills. Highly organised. Works well in fast paced restaurant. Available Wed-Fri - open times 6am-9pm. Qualifications: First Aid and CPR (desirable). National Food Safety Supervisor (desirable). Fire Training (desirable).
