Reporting to the Service Manager, the Customer Service Representative is responsible for ensuring the smooth running of our relationships with Customers via incoming calls & email. In partnership with the team of Service Delivery People (SDPs) at the branch, the Customer Service Representative will build and maintain effective and efficient working relationships with all customers to ensure that we are always meeting our commitment to Service Excellence.
Main Tasks & Responsibilities : Develop and maintain positive customer relationships via phone and email interaction. Effectively handle customer enquiries and provide customer support. Accurate and efficient data entry. Work collaboratively. Strong knowledge and ability to work with Microsoft Office Suite. Comply and support all health & safety procedures. Key Skills and Experience Required : Relevant customer service working experiences; experience in a high-volume incoming call position would be advantageous. Ability to work as a team. Excellent communication skills. Excellent interpersonal and people skills with clear and confident manner. Excellent PC skills.
