Working with a small, close-knit team, this role presents a great opportunity for an experienced systems analyst to join a growing team. Supporting core business systems, you would need to have a strong background in Azure, containers (Kubernetes), and SQL databases. In addition to this, advanced analytical skills are highly sought after!
Your main responsibilities in this role would be: Azure and Kubernetes management Provide support for the company's internal applications including its users and associated services and configurations API management Reviewing code for bugs and expected functionality, Software Updates, SSL certs, Server config Writing advanced SQL scripts, Querying / Amending databases Installation of company software, importing data from previous MIS and server configuration Provision of the Disaster Recovery service, maintenance and setups Managing and monitoring all tickets ensuring all are kept up to date within SLA Responding to escalated tickets by the end of each working day with an update In addition to this, experience in programming/debugging/understanding code (.net, HTML, JavaScript, etc.) will be highly regarded.
