We are now expanding our expertise into a Legal, Risk and Compliance desk based in Sydney. This desk suits someone who enjoys building strong client relationships, managing roles between $70,000 - $200,000 salary ranges, and is passionate about utilising our existing client relationships to build out this desk. You will be given guidance and support along with trust and autonomy to make this desk your own.

The Role: You will be responsible for growing our Legal, Risk and Compliance desk Travel to meet clients and participate in industry events. You will drive an exceptional candidate experience, client service delivery, and business growth with integrity and care. Salary: Base salary depending on experience + Superannuation + Commission Structure Location: Sydney CBD Contract: Permanent Full-Time position (If you're looking for visa support, please call to discuss) You Will Have: Proven experience as a 360 Recruitment Consultant in a recruitment agency for a minimum of 1 year. Experience in building and growing a successful desk. Passion for sales and strategic business development. Strong sourcing abilities using our innovative technology, referrals, and networking. An authentic approach to identifying, connecting & building relationships with both candidates & clients. With a growth mindset; you are open to taking on new challenges, persistent, and driven to achieve your goals. Strong team player who enjoys working towards a common goal.
