Some of your responsibilities will include: Analysing and developing policy, legislative, and business solutions to reduce red tape, modernise policy and legislation, and improve road safety. Preparing a range of official government documentation including reports, briefing notes, cabinet submissions, options papers, departmental and other correspondence in accordance with departmental standards. Providing evidence-based, logical and timely advice to internal and external stakeholders. Developing and maintaining effective networks, and consulting and negotiating with internal and external customers, interest groups, other government agencies (federal, state and local) and the general public. Coordinating activities or projects to ensure the effective delivery of policy outcomes.
