Remuneration: $109,157 to $118,193 pa (HEW6) (inclusive of $92,239 to $99,875 salary pa, 17% superannuation and 17.5% recreation leave loading)

Who are we looking for?
We are seeking a Senior HDR Operations Officer, Scholarships to join the Office of Research Services, Research Portfolio, Academic Division. We are looking for an experienced University administrator to join our admissions and scholarships team, which supports the management of the University's 1,200 scholarships, including offer, scholarship management, and client support.

What you need to succeed
Education, training and/or relevant experience equivalent to completion of a degree with subsequent relevant experience. Sound understanding of the Research Training Scheme policy contexts and their impact on research training and supervision. Experience in operationalising external and internal HDR policies and procedures within a client-focused postgraduate administration environment. Excellent knowledge of the broad administrative processes of HDR student administration. Demonstrated organisational skills and digital literacy, including the ability to utilise word processing software, spreadsheets, and large corporate databases. Life at QUT
