Senior Electrical Engineer - Full Time - Sydney, Australia

We are looking for a Senior Electrical Engineer to join our Services_APAC team in Australia.
Your main tasks and responsibilities:
Interpret and define relevant standards for application across service centres.
Conduct fault-finding electrical / mechanical testing on rotating equipment.
Provide Quality Assurance inspection for overhauled rotating equipment.
Troubleshoot issues with electro-mechanical rotating machines in service centre and on-site.
Root cause analysis (RCA) of issues, and recommendations for repair and upgrades.
Develop technical reports and proposals, and support cost estimation.
Support Service Centres with overhaul and asset maintenance projects.
Support quality team conducting internal audits and preparing for external audits.
Initiate and participate in the planning and development of engineering policies and procedures.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering with Professional Engineering Registration.
10+ years technical experience with electrical rotating equipment services.
Strong communication and time management skills.
Experience conducting and facilitating Root Cause Analysis (RCA) investigations.
A technical background in engineering, preferably in power generation heavy industry.
Machine diagnostics (electrical testing / vibration analysis) is a plus.
