0.2 FTE Clinical Lead Dietitian C&F Northern Adelaide Local Health Network (NALHN) is eager to recruit a Senior Dietitian Paediatrics / Children and Families to work in our dynamic, growing and supportive team, to help us deliver exceptional care to our community.
About the Role : The Senior Dietitian Paediatrics / Children and Families and Adult Medicine is responsible to the Senior Manager Dietetics for the development, implementation, coordination and evaluation of quality Dietetics services for patients of the Northern Adelaide Local Health Network (NALHN).
The Senior Dietitian provides comprehensive, coordinated, interdisciplinary assessment, intervention and discharge planning to general medical inpatients and outpatients of the Lyell McEwin Hospital, and Children and Families Service (Elizabeth GP Plus and Gilles Plains).
Working in conjunction with other Dietetics members and other health professionals, the Senior Clinician optimises patient functional and health outcomes in this specialty area. As a highly skilled and competent clinician, the incumbent delivers quality services and provides clinical leadership within the acute hospital services, providing support and supervision to less experienced staff.
To be eligible for this position, you must : Have an appropriate degree or equivalent qualification which gives eligibility for full membership of the Dietitians Association of Australia.
